HeadshotPro Pricing in 2026: Every Plan, What You Get, and the Refund Catch

Prices checked on 29 October 2026 on HeadshotPro's own pricing, help and refund pages. Prices change; check the vendor's page before you buy.

HeadshotPro pricing at a glance

Basic works out at about $0.97 per headshot, Professional about $0.78 and Executive about $0.84.

Which HeadshotPro plan should you buy?

Is HeadshotPro free?

There is no free plan on the HeadshotPro pricing page. You pay before you see any result of your own face.

What you need to upload

The pricing page asks for "a few selfies" and does not give an exact number.

HeadshotPro's refund policy

HeadshotPro calls it a Realism Guarantee: money back if the headshots do not look like you. The refund page lists two conditions, and both must be true: less than 14 days since you paid, and you have not downloaded any photo from the completed order. In practice that means you judge the likeness on screen and decide before saving anything.

What stands out, good and bad

What HeadshotPro does well. The team product is the most developed in the category: volume discounts from 20% off at 5 credits up to 50% off at 1,000 or more, credits that never expire, invoice billing, and an admin who curates the style pool so a whole company matches. If you are buying for 30 people, that matters more than the per photo price.

What to watch. The cheapest plan is the slowest and comes with only 6 edit credits, and the free redo starts at the $39 tier. The refund window closes at the first download, so do not download "just one to check".

How HeadshotPro compares with other AI headshot tools

Photo counts are not the same as keepers. Every tool in this table produces some images you will not use, and tools that train on many photos tend to produce more variety. The question that matters first is whether the results look like you, and only a free first set answers that before you pay.

Where FreeHeadshot fits

You upload one selfie, and the first set of three is free with no signup, so you see your own face before deciding. A set of three uses 3 credits and redoing one photo uses 1. Paid packs are one time with no subscription, and refunds are available within 7 days if you have used 3 or fewer photos. If the free set does not look like you, do not buy more from us either; that is information, and more credits will not change it.

The bottom line

Pick HeadshotPro for a team rollout where everyone must match and procurement wants an invoice. For one person who wants to see their own face before paying, a free first set elsewhere answers the main question at no cost.
